PRINCE2® Project Management Foundation and Practitioner (Version 7) Training in Bangor Maine

Course Overview

The combined pathway joins Foundation knowledge with Practitioner application and tailoring.

PRINCE2 provides a structured project management method. Its current Version 7 learning includes people, project context and sustainability alongside principles, practices and processes. Choose a qualification level according to your experience and the decisions you need to make. Foundation and Practitioner assess different levels of understanding; confirm each examination and prerequisite separately.

Connect learning with your work

Use an example project to describe its business purpose, responsibilities and delivery stages. Identify which decisions belong to the project team and which need escalation. At Practitioner level, explain how you would tailor the method to the project context instead of applying every activity in the same way.
