Prepare for Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) certification from Mangalore, India and learn how to help a Scrum Team deliver value. The AgileNow combines live online training, practical Scrum scenarios and original assessment practice. This is for learners who want to understand Scrum decisions, not simply memorise definitions.
PSM I certification is issued by Scrum.org after you achieve its passing score. Attending training or using the retake does not itself award certification. Our retake support is The AgileNow’s package promise; it is not a claim of official Scrum.org course status or endorsement.
PSM I assesses your foundational understanding of Scrum and the Scrum Master accountabilities. A Scrum Master helps people understand and use Scrum, supports team effectiveness and helps address impediments. The role is not to assign every task, run a daily status meeting or make product decisions on behalf of the Product Owner.
Work through empiricism, Scrum values, accountabilities, events, artifacts and commitments. Connect each concept to a practical decision: how a Sprint Goal guides work, how the Definition of Done protects quality, how feedback influences the Product Backlog, and how a Scrum Master supports self-management.
Consider a team that finishes many tasks but misses its Sprint Goal. Explore whether the goal guided planning and adaptation, whether the work produced a usable Increment, and how the team could inspect its approach. In another scenario, an urgent request arrives mid-Sprint: discuss the goal, the impact and collaboration with the Product Owner rather than automatically accepting or rejecting the request.
The course suits aspiring Scrum Masters, developers, testers, business analysts, project professionals, team leaders and existing Scrum practitioners. Previous certification is not required. Beginners should read the Scrum Guide before class; experienced practitioners can use the scenarios to examine assumptions about how their teams work.
Learners in Mangalore, India can join the published online batches without travelling to a classroom. Times are shown in Asia/Kolkata; convert them for your location and the relevant date because daylight-saving rules vary. A country or city page does not promise a local classroom venue. For a different timetable, one-to-one learning or a corporate group, request a separately confirmed arrangement.
Try the PSM I mock exam, download the course brochure and read the curriculum tab. The mock paper uses original practice questions; it is not the official exam and does not reproduce confidential exam questions.
For individual support or a private learning arrangement, explore one-to-one training. For employee groups, see corporate training. These arrangements require a separate scope and quotation.
Check Scrum.org’s official assessment information for current certification requirements. Before payment, obtain written confirmation of the assigned trainer, assessment-password delivery, materials or recordings, support arrangements, and cancellation or rescheduling terms. These operational details are not assumed from a course description.
