Leading SAFe® - AI-Empowered SAFe Agilist Training in Joao Pessoa

Course Overview

Leading SAFe introduces how organisations coordinate Lean-Agile ways of working across teams. It is relevant to leaders and practitioners who want to understand alignment, flow and enterprise delivery decisions.

Scaling introduces questions that a single team may not face: how priorities are aligned, how dependencies are made visible and how leaders respond to competing needs. Use your organisation's delivery challenges to decide whether this learning path is appropriate. Scaled Agile's current credential is AI-Empowered SAFe Agilist; confirm the course release, trainer and certification arrangements attached to your chosen batch.

Connect learning with your work

Imagine several teams contributing to one customer outcome. Map the handovers, identify delays and discuss which shared decisions would help the work move. Explain how a planning conversation could make a dependency clearer. Use the example to connect leadership choices with the outcomes teams need to achieve.
